Meet Sheriff Bill Angstead and Pard the dog. The Tag line on the card states "Best Fed" Jail in Southeastern Iowa. Bill's wife Judith was a Civil Deputy for Jefferson County Sheriff's Office for 25 years. Bill lost Judith in 2003, he enjoys golf and ham radio now living in Keosauqua, Iowa.
