Gordon's QSL card advertises the 1948 ARRL Atlantic Division Convention held the Statler Hotel in Washington DC.

Gordon Walter of DC, born 1913 and expired on Christmas day of 1960 in Falls Church, Va., burial in Rutherford, NJ.   Gordon was an Electronics engineer for the Bureau of Ships USN.  He was very active with the ARRL systems and enjoyed working the ham radio bands.
