George Carroll Utermahlen, W3HVD (Silent Key, 1919-1975).

He was a CW operator and enjoyed QRP. He was a writer and called himself an amateur cartoonist. In 1945 he sent a cartoon to President Truman. After seeing five of his QSL cards it I is obvious that each one was unique.
