If you look under the lower left corner of the "picture" of him in his shack you will see the name of the artist ... W. Harry Smith.
W. Harry Smith was a painter, illustrator, etcher and designer.
William Harry Smith was also an employee of the Boston printing firm of Murray and Emory Company.
He was born 1875 in England and died 1951 in Cambridge, MA. W1BB's card was dated in 1949.
