This is not a ham QSL card. This was the expermental callsign of an early Short Wave Broadcast station. Owned and operated by Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company. They operated on 9.57 Mhz with 10 KW. Notice the call is in ham format but starts with the letter X.
