The operator was Walter J.  Colpus.
The call 8BRS was licensed to Eric W. Colpus and Walt J. Copus. Eric,  the younger brother, was born in 1906 and became a Silent Key in 1928.
Walt later held the call W8BRS. Walt was born in 1890 and became a Silent Key in 1939.

Walt started the Chair Warmers Club in 1929!
