7ZU 1925 Polytechnic, Montana

Operator: Glenn E. West

Looks like Glenn worked in the Electrical Engineering Department of Billings Polytechnic Institute In Billings, Montana in the 1920’s.
I also found reference to the Glenn E. West School of Electrical Engineering at Purdue University in the 1930’s but I can’t find anything more on that school.
I believe he was also the Engineer of the Radio Division in the Bureau of Police for the Illinois State Police Radio System.
He founded AM Radio Station WPGW 1440 AM in Portland, IN 1950.
I have the following call signs associated to him: 7ZU, 7XD, 7YI, 7XAG, W9EO, W9YB, W3EO.
May have died in the early 1980’s ?
