K2JEI Dr. William A. Mierop (1912 - 2003). The Mierop's pastored churches in the Philadelphia - NJ region. Then President of Bible Institute of PA. and union with Philadelphia School of Bible resulted in formation Philadelphia College of Bible. He was co-founder of ARMS an amateur radio missionary service.

Dr. Milrop wrote a sensible brochure on common sense to the SWL and amateur community "Your Best Contact".
