Operator: Robert Caris 1917-1985
Bob raised in Syracuse NY, first license 1935, eventually East Orange, NJ and Long Island, N.Y.
Considered to be an A-1 operator, was a flight radio officer and  pro op at ITT World Comms Southampton Long Island.
You can read Bob's demise in the book "Blood Legacy" written by Judith Reitman. A true story of a family betrayal and murder.
Some don't make it out of this world without major problems.
