Jack Cummings was FOC-556 and an second inductee into the CQ DX Hall of Fame Awards March 1968.
They described Jack as the world's premier QSL manager. The first inductee of course was Gus Browning!

2CTN, W2CTN 1908-1973 SK at age 65.
His wife Clara dutifully did QSL chores after Jack died and it eventually got to be a burden.
I think someone else in the region took over the duties for a season. But I recall the long, long list of foreign stations he contended with. He was something special.
