He expired at age 85 in Venice, FL, formerly Schenectady NY.
Paul had a degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1951, then a BA in Ag. Engineering in 1955 at Michigan State U. Paul was a long time Kiwanis member, a pilot and had a passion for politics, law. He enjoyed curling, golf, and fishing. He was of the Lutheran faith.
