Orrie Baumgardner 8BF, W8BF 1908-1991
Long time Cleveland Big Gun, Cleveland Wireless Association plank owner and past president. Worked his way up to Fire Chief of Fairview Park with 40 years of dedication to the city. He was responsible for many changes in the fire department including expansion from 3 fire fighters to 27.

Orrie was a big gun top rated DXCC and Chief Fireman for many years at Fairview Park Cleveland area.
He also was a pioneer ham for over 70 years. (8BF)
