8ACI 1928 Matamoras, Pennsylvania

Operator: Leroy Earl Wyant was licensed as 8ACI and W8ACI from 1927 to 1931.
He was employed by the Erie Railroad and owned his own radio and furniture stores.
He was inducted into the U.S. Army May 26, 1918 and served in France with Company A, 51st Pioneer Infantry from August 9, 1918 to July 3, 1919. PFC Wyant was discharged July 8, 1919.
He was born February 6, 1896 in Sussex, New Jersey and died January 1984 in Port Jervis, New York.
