KC 1913 Erie, PA

It looks like a postcard sent to make a schedule to meet on the air.
Sent from Erie, PA to Mr. George Mason, Wireless Opr., Fredonia, NY (aprox. 45 miles). Here is how I read it:

Erie, PA. 4-18-13
Friend George,
Will try to work u next Sun(day). 4-20-13 at 12 - noon. Be on if u can O.M.
With 73,
KC

KC 1913 may have been Jerry J. Manning 1897-1925 8KC of Ashtabula Ohio who was a driver, machinist and WW1 Telegrapher in the Army Signal Corps. Since Manning was a driver in the US Census, the QSL card could have been mailed from Erie PA which is close by Ashtabula for a sked with his pal George Mason 8LA in Fredonia NY.  Thus the KC post card sent to one George S. Mason 8LA Temple Street Fredonia NY, near Buffalo.  Mason held 8ARK in 1921.  I checked Blue Book for the years prior to 1913 and there were no listings for Jerry Manning or Erie Pa listing.
