Fred "Fritz" Hauff was a famous DXer. His XYL was W3INL. His son was W3SCY. Neither are now listed on QRZ.com.
Fritz became a sk in 2007.

Well-known DXer and contester Fritz Hauff, W3GHS, winner of the OV Munich Contest last fall, was a guest of the city of Munich, Germany.
While there he acted as pinch-hit bartender at Andrechs'.
