Here is a rubber stamp QSL card from W3ODB "Ole Daniel Boon" (as he use to say). Ed was running 5 watts on 40M CW!

Ed was a radio engineer and college professor at YSU. He built several FM broadcast stations, one over in the Mercer County area.
He liked operating on VHF.
Born 1932, sk December 2003.

Olivia retired as Mercer County Commissioner.
I think that picture was taken 2001-2002.
