5PV 1922 Memphis, Tennessee

The operator was Rolvin Winfield Pratt, W4PV, W4CHB, and 5PV. 
He was employed as an electrical supplies salesman and in 1945 was the second radio operator on the "James L. Breck," sailing from Antwerp, Belgium to Galveston, Texas.
He was born September 30, 1904 in Sacremento, Kentucky and died April 18, 1970.
