Operator: C. Russ Hofmann of Richmond, VA was first licensed as 3BLF in 1922.
Photo of him and his friend W.R. Deavers (believe initials are for Wayne Robert) from the January 1923 issue of Popular Radio.
The only thing I could find out about Hofmann is that he was also a song writer.
