9AOX (Elroy, WI) then W2CSY (Syosset, NY).
He worked for RCA then was President & Research Director of
Crosby Laboratories. He held over 180 patents.
He received the Armstrong Medal in 1978 from the Radio Club of
America.
The medal was established in 1935 to publicly recognizing
outstanding achievements in the arts and sciences of radio and
wireless communications.
