KB4FCS 1939 Virgin Islands

The operator was Ralph A. Reedy, Silent Key (1910-1978), ex-K4FCS (Puerto Rico),  then KB4FCS,  later K4ESV and K4FN.
He was stationed at the Naval radio stations in the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
