T30AT 1983 Western Kiribati

T30AT, op Alan Taylor G3OSB ex T3AT (now VK7BO) was QRV from Tarawa Atoll, Western Kiribati, OC-017, from 1981-01-01.

DXNS #949 1981-01-28 reports: "T30AT Alan's new call from Jan 1 [1981], to comply with new callsign regs" [which applied from 1979-10-01].

DXNS #1244 1986-11-19 reports: "T30AT Alan will be dismantling his station in the next few weeks prior to his permanent departure from Tarawa onJanuary 7th [1987].
He will be emigrating to VK6." However, he seems to have remained QRV until February 1987.
