NY2AE 1935 Canal Zone

From Radio News, Vol. 23 (1940), p. 64, Ziff-Davis Pub. Co.:
W6HSV/2 is no other than Faun S. "Fritz" Fritts of NY2AE.
Fritz was oh6DKI in Hawaii in 1927!

A side story about NY2AE in 1939. The gang at NY2AE repaired the radio equipment for the Pitcairn Island station.

F.S. Fritts was one of the operators of NY2AE at the U.S. Submarine Base at Coco Solo, Canal Zone, in 1936.
In the "Navy Directory - Officers of the United States Navy and Marine Corps" of April 1, 1936 he was listed as follows:

F. S. Fritts is listed on a different card as "C.R.E" (Chief Radio Electrician).
