FN1C 1936 / 1937 French India

FN1C was in Chandernagore, then French India, the location which we know from post-war FN8AD
This card is a large size card and undated, sent to a British officer - Superintendent of Police in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, in India.
On the reverse is a long message about AC4YN, currently active in Tibet, which dates the card to the 1936-37 period.

Interestingly, it mentions AC4YN working on antennas, including one for 56 mcs. It would be good to know if there ever were QSOs with Tibet on that band.
