Operator: Hellmuth Oltzscher, also D4HI and D4LRM.

After D4LRM he was holder of the call-sign D4BQU, probably until 1936.
He was not listed with a new call-sign in the call-books from 1936, so I assume that he either did not apply for a new license or wasn't granted any.
In 1949 he finally became DL3DZ living near Bad Pyrmont (DARC DOK H44). His SWL no. was DE-930.

"He was unlicensed as D4HI, and the HI meant Hi! Hi!
In these early 2 letter call-signs the "H" represented Saxonia, so it was a funny coincidence for him that the suffix of his unlis call-sign could be also read as "hi" in the sense of laughing.
A nice hoax and play with the suffix.
