DL1CU 1949 Germany

OP: Wolfram 'Felix' Körner DL1CU. He was a co-founder of the 'WBRC' - a predecessor of DARC - in postwar Germany, and he operated the "Box 585" QSL service that helped many unlicensed DA-stations to receive their cards between 1945 and 1950. His point of view often was contrary to the 'official' DARC position, amd he has left his mark on amateur radio in Germany. He became a silent key in 1998 and became a CQ Hall of Fame member in 1996.
