CQ Magazine mentioned two types of visitor licences: a) a 15 day per year licence, renewable annually, which b) could be turned into a life-time licence by taking an exam. PJ5BC & PJ5BD had a third type of licence - they stayed much longer than 15 days, and renewed their licence annually.
