OQ0DZ 1957 Ruanda-Urundi

Yes, I did get credit for Ruanda-Urundi with this card.
It is dated pre-1960. Bill Moore at the DXCC desk went through all kinds of research to verify it.
I do not remember all the details of who what and when but it counts for a deleted one. I would say this is a "rare card".
