OQ0DZ 1953 Ruanda-Urundi

This card should count for the deleted entity Ruanda-Urundi. It is dated pre-1960. Bill Moore at the DXCC desk went through all kinds of research to verify the 1957 OQ0DZ QSL for W4OV (also listed in this section). He did let it count for DXCC.
