KT1OC 1952 American Legation in Morocco

The operator was Henry Bigelow "Hank" Poole, Jr., K4MH, ex-W7IOC, W1DBI and KH6BDI.
He was a radio engineer for the  United States Information and Educational Exchange Program (USIE).
In the 1940s he was associated with radio stations KRJF and KREM.
He entered the U.S. Navy as an ensign December 15, 1944.
He was born March 4, 1914 and became a Silent Key December 16, 2005.
