AC4RF 1949 Tibet

The difference in this card from the others listed is that Bob Ford was operating from Chiamdo, Eastern Tibet. Not from Lhasa.
He was in imprisoned by the Chinese in 1950. He wrote a book named "Wind Between the Worlds".
