Tribute to William A. Manfrass 8BMK, W8CEQ
November 3, 1898 - 1975

Bill Manfress 8BMK - W8CEQ of Kent, Ohio was an employee for the city of Akron Water Works starting in 1917 and retired 47 years later. He gave talks and radio seminars in the region and I have one in his own words. He has a very interesting water works story engineering a 160M water level alert and FCC comments. He was one of the original local  Pot Lickers.
