A Road Trip was made to the QTH of Don Karvonen K8MFO in Apple Creek, Ohio by Tom Roscoe K8CX and Bob Ballantine W8SU on October 19, 2014. It was a beautiful sunny autumn day. It was a very enjoyable trip and visit with our friend Don K8MFO. We delivered a plaque to Don that was given to our group for getting Don Chesser W4KVX inducted into the CQ DX Hall of Fame in 2012. Don was a part of this group.

Don had several old collections of QSL cards in 7 big boxes he presented to Tom K8CX for his QSL Gallery and collection. We came home heavy!
