UX1CP 1939 Franz Josef Land
Oleg Archipowich Kuksin was the radio operator of the icebreaker 'F. Litke' and was active as UX1CP in the late 30th on Rudolph Island. Rudolf Island is the northern end of the Franz Josef Land.
