4KT Porto Rico

Jesus T. Pineiro 4KT was the first native Puerto Rican appointed governor of Puerto Rico by President Harry S. Truman in 1946.
Governors were appointed back in the day. It wasn't until the 50's that they were elected..
4KT was also co-founder of the Porto Rico Radio Club in 1918 with friend Joaquin Agusty 4JE.
