D.S. Seal FN8AD, a Consulate General for India, also VU2AX, AC4AX (Tibet), was one of two known operations from the ARRL DXCC deleted entity of French India.
The other was
FN1C from the 1930's.

as a French Colony comprising five geographically separated enclaves on the Indian Subcontinent.
Mr. Seal operated from Chandernagore, which is a city in the Hooghly district in the Indian state of West Bengal.
